This stamp initiated by Dubai is to guarantee and recognize organizations that have executed all the safety protocols for the prevention and management of COVID-19.
This launch was done for Dubai to be recognized as one of the safest destinations to travel for tourists, shortly after Dubai received the ‘Safe Travel’ stamp from the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC).
The stamp will be provided to hotels, F&B outlets, retail organizations, tourism attractions, etc. only after it’s been verified that the establishments have implemented all recommended measures for the prevention and management of COVID-19, in collaboration with the guidelines set by Dubai Tourism, Dubai Economy and Dubai Municipality.
The ‘Dubai Assured’ stamp is valid for only 15 days and can be renewed for a further 2 weeks after verification by inspectors from relevant authorities. The emirate has already supplied the stamp to more than 1,000 organizations after verification by such inspectors, who ensured that the establishments have followed the protocol and relevant guidelines, thereby making them eligible to receive the stamp.
This stamp is issued as a visual assurance that can be used by establishments in their marketing campaigns, to help them stand out and re-assure their patrons of the safety protocols they are continuing to follow to prevent and manage the spread of COVID-19 in different sectors across Dubai.
